Authorizes the Department of Finance and Administration to purchase real property on behalf of the State Board of Mental Health located at 1925 Briar Ridge Road, Tupelo, Mississippi, adjacent to the North Mississippi State Hospital.

Property consists of a residential dwelling of approximately 1,800 square feet with other structures on 0.93 acres.

Purchase price cannot exceed the current fair market value determined by the average of two appraisals from qualified, certified appraisers, with at least one selected by the Department of Finance and Administration.

Authorizes the State Board of Mental Health, with Department of Finance and Administration assistance, to negotiate and pay all closing costs related to the property acquisition.

Allows the Department of Finance and Administration to correct any discrepancies in the legal descriptions of the property.
