Commemorates the life and legacy of Mrs. Hilda Moore Turner, who passed away on February 15, 2024, at age 79.

Honors her contributions as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and community member who worked in housekeeping, dry cleaning, automotive, and manufacturing before becoming a full-time homemaker in 1990.

Recognizes her 40+ years of service as First Lady and founder of The Willing Workers at seven Baptist churches in the region.

Notes her family legacy including her surviving daughters Brenda and Tammie, along with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family members.

Directs that copies of the resolution be furnished to Mrs. Turner's family and the Capitol Press Corps.
