Recognizes Miller's background including 13 years with the Haley Barbour Center for Manufacturing Excellence, undergraduate degree in International Studies, and law degree from the University of Mississippi.

Acknowledges Miller's leadership in assembling skilled professionals and implementing ecosystem approaches to workforce development strategies across Mississippi's regions.

Notes Miller's departure from AccelerateMS to assume the position of CEO of the Oxford Lafayette Economic Development Foundation.

Directs copies of the resolution be furnished to Mr. Ryan Miller and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
