Honors Mr. K.T. Robbins for his extraordinary service to the United States during World War II, where he served in the 26th Infantry, 21st Division under General Patton's 3rd Army and participated in the D-Day invasion at Normandy on June 9, 1944.

Recognizes Robbins' contributions to his community, including co-founding Robbins Hardware Store with his wife Lillian for 35 years and helping secure land and build Longview Baptist Church in Olive Branch, Mississippi.

Commends Robbins for earning his high school diploma from DeSoto County Schools in 2017 at age 96, despite leaving school in 1939 to join the Army.

Acknowledges Robbins' reunification in 2019 with a French woman he met during the war 75 years earlier, made possible through a veterans organization called Forever Young Veterans that returned him to Normandy for the 75th anniversary of D-Day.

Directs copies of the resolution be furnished to Mr. K.T. Robbins and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
