Expresses support for strengthening Mississippi's partnership with Taiwan and expanding Taiwan's role in global affairs, including efforts to preserve peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait.

Supports a tax agreement between the United States and Taiwan, Taiwan's participation in the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework for Prosperity (IPEF), and establishment of a Mississippi Trade and Investment Office in Taiwan.

Advocates for Taiwan's meaningful participation in international organizations including the World Health Organization, United Nations, International Civil Aviation Organization, International Criminal Police Organization, and the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.

Recognizes Mississippi and Taiwan's sister-state relationship since 1983 and notes Taiwan as Mississippi's ninth largest export partner in Asia with over $89 million in goods and services exported to Taiwan in 2023.

Celebrates the 45th anniversary of the Taiwan Relations Act of 1979 and the 41st anniversary of the Mississippi-Taiwan sister-state relationship.
