Establishes "Hair For Her Day" in Mississippi on April 20, 2024, to recognize hair donation as a community service initiative.

Commends Ms. Gracie Bassett for creating Hair For Her, a hair donation program established in 2021 that collects donations and raises funds for human hair wigs for women and children with cancer and hair loss conditions.

Notes that Ms. Bassett has personally donated hair nine times totaling over six feet and participated in a 2007 Guinness World Record hair donation event.

Highlights that Hair For Her collected over 50 hair donations and raised $1,700 through the January 2024 Walk for Wigs fundraiser in Clinton, Mississippi, with funds directed to Pink Heart Funds of Long Beach.

Directs the House to send copies of the resolution to Ms. Gracie Bassett and Capitol Press Corps members.
