Expresses Mississippi's support for Texas Governor Greg Abbott's efforts to transport undocumented immigrants back across the Texas-Mexico border where they illegally crossed.

Characterizes the level of immigration into Texas as equivalent to a D-Day invasion (156,000 people) occurring monthly for the past 18 months, and potentially every 10 days if recent court rulings take effect.

Asserts that the federal government has violated the Guarantee Clause of Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution by failing to protect Texas against what the resolution defines as an "invasion."

Claims Governor Abbott has constitutional authority under Article I, Section 10, Clause 3 to repel this alleged invasion and calls for Texas to use all available means to transport illegal noncitizens back across the border.

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to Governor Abbott, Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, Texas Speaker Dade Phelan, and the Capitol Press Corps.
