Commends and congratulates Emma Cameron for being crowned Miss Rodeo America 2024 on December 10, 2023, at the South Point Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Welcomes Emma Cameron to Mississippi during the 2024 Dixie National Rodeo held February 9-17, 2024, in Jackson.

Notes that Cameron is a Cornell University graduate who was crowned National High School Rodeo Queen in 2018 and plans to attend law school to represent agricultural producers.

Recognizes that during her reign as Miss Rodeo America 2024, Cameron will travel approximately 50,000 miles and make appearances at nearly 150 rodeo performances and other public events to promote rodeo and the western way of life.

Directs that copies of the resolution be furnished to Emma Cameron, the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, and Capitol Press Corps.
