Recognizes and honors the Stennis Space Center Senior Leadership Team on February 29, 2024, during Stennis Space Center Capitol Day.

Acknowledges NASA Stennis Space Center as a leading NASA facility located in Hancock County, Mississippi, among 20 NASA centers and facilities nationwide.

Honors Mark T. Vande Hei, NASA Astronaut and Retired U.S. Army Colonel selected by NASA in 2009, who set the record for longest single spaceflight by an American at 355 days before returning to Earth in March 2022.

Recognizes senior leadership including John Bailey, Jr. (Acting Center Director since January 2024), Kenneth Newton (Acting Executive Director of NASA Shared Services Center since October 1, 2023), and Rodney McKellip (Associate Director).

Directs copies of the resolution be provided to each member of the Stennis Space Center Senior Leadership Team and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
