Honors the organization's seven active Mississippi chapters for their commitment to criminal and social justice, political awareness, voter empowerment, and civic engagement on March 6, 2024.

Recognizes The Links, Incorporated, as one of the nation's oldest and largest volunteer service organizations whose members contribute over one million documented hours of community service annually.

Acknowledges the Southern Area's 4,500 members in 80 chapters, including Mississippi Delta, Mississippi Roses, Golden Crest, Jackson, LeFleur's Bluff, Natchez, and Gulf Coast chapters working to improve lives within Mississippi.

Directs distribution of resolution copies to committee representatives of The Links, Incorporated, Mississippi chapters and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
