Commends 25 coaches selected for the 2023-24 Mississippi Excellence in Coaching Fellowship (Tomorrow's 25), a program presented by the Mississippi Association of Coaches, Mississippi High School Activities Association, and University of Mississippi School of Education.

Recognizes the selected coaches as emerging leaders identified by a selection committee based on competency, character, and commitment to their schools and communities.

Tomorrow's 25 fellowship provides development in three areas: coaching the whole athlete (leadership, resilience, empathy, responsibility); networking with peer coaches; and access to current athletic leaders to expand influence in their communities.

Directs copies of the resolution be furnished to each selected coach, executive directors of the Mississippi Association of Coaches and Mississippi High School Activities Association, and Capitol Press Corps.
