Commends and congratulates Lillian Lilly on the production of her first music video for the single "At the Center of Grace," filmed on April 28, 2024, at Christ Tabernacle Church in Jackson, Mississippi.

Recognizes Lilly's 35+ years of service as a charter member and principal lead vocalist of the Mississippi Mass Choir since 1988, including Grammy nominations and multiple Stellar, Dove, and Soul Train Music Award wins.

Acknowledges Lilly's career milestones including her 1979 first single recording, two solo albums on Malaco Records, and RIAA certified platinum record for her participation on WOW Gospel 1998.

Notes that the music video will feature Jackson State University Choir students under Dr. Harry Cecil's direction and be directed by James C. Birdsong, Jr., Miz Tiffany, and Justin M. Burks, with news anchor Kayla Thompson hosting.
