Grants farmers, ranchers, and independent repair providers the right to repair agricultural equipment including tractors, combines, sprayers, bailers, and related parts and attachments.

Requires manufacturers to provide documentation, parts, embedded software, firmware, tools, and data to independent repair providers and equipment owners on fair and reasonable terms to enable repairs.

Prohibits manufacturers from imposing restrictions on parts usage, requiring equipment registration with the manufacturer, or conditioning repair access on becoming an authorized repair provider.

Exempts manufacturers from liability for faulty repairs performed by independent providers or owners, but manufacturers remain liable if they knowingly provide erroneous or incomplete information.

Voids any contract terms entered after January 1, 2025 that waive or restrict manufacturer obligations under this act; applies effective July 1, 2024.
