Requires election officials to test each DRE (Direct Recording Electronic) voting unit for printing capability on or before the second day before any election, in addition to existing logic and accuracy testing.

Mandates that poll managers ensure each DRE unit prints a record of every elector's vote, including incomplete ballots, after each voter leaves the voting booth.

Requires that printed records of each elector's vote be included in materials returned to the designated location and retained as provided by law.

Makes conforming changes to election procedures regarding ballot handling and record retention to accommodate the new printing requirements.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
