Authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds not exceeding $200,000 to assist the City of Rolling Fork in demolishing and cleaning up dilapidated downtown structures.

Creates a special fund called the "2024 Rolling Fork Downtown Structures Demolition and Cleanup Fund" within the State Treasury to receive and disburse bond proceeds.

Bonds mature within 25 years, bear interest not exceeding limits in Mississippi Code Section 75-17-101, and are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi.

Bond proceeds and income are exempt from state taxation; any remaining funds after project completion shall be applied to pay debt service on the bonds.

No bonds may be issued under this authority after July 1, 2028.
