Amends Section 97-43-3 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 to add dogfighting under Section 97-41-19 to the definition of "racketeering activity"

Dogfighting crimes can now be prosecuted as part of a pattern of racketeering activity when at least two incidents occur with similar intents, results, or methods within five years

Allows RICO statutes to be applied against individuals and enterprises engaged in dogfighting operations

Takes effect July 1, 2024
