Prohibits health insurance issuers, pharmacy benefit managers, and third-party payors from reimbursing 340B entities at lower rates than non-340B entities for the same drugs or imposing discriminatory terms and conditions based on 340B program participation.

Bans discriminatory fees, clawbacks, reduced dispensing fees, audit restrictions, pharmacy network exclusions, and requirements to identify drugs as 340B drugs unless mandated by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services or Mississippi Medicaid.

Prohibits manufacturers and distributors from denying, restricting, or interfering with the acquisition or delivery of 340B drugs to contracted 340B entity pharmacies.

Designates violations of the act as unfair trade practices under the Consumer Protection Act (Sections 75-24-1 through 75-24-29) subject to investigative action and penalties, with no private right of action.

Takes effect July 1, 2024, and does not apply to Mississippi Medicaid as a payor or conflict with federal law regarding limited drug distribution requirements.
