Creates the School Emergency Response Mapping Data Program within the Mississippi Attorney General's Office to provide accurate mapping data of K-12 school buildings to first responders for emergency response.

Authorizes school districts to apply for and receive funds from a School Emergency Response Mapping Data Grant Fund to create mapping data for every public and private K-12 school building in consultation with local law enforcement.

Requires school mapping data to be in electronic/digital format compatible with public safety agency software platforms at no cost, including floor plans overlaid on aerial imagery, room/hallway labels, door locations, hazard locations, and gridded coordinates.

Mandates the data be verified for accuracy through building walk-throughs, printed in format, oriented true north, and include site-specific labeling for roads and neighboring properties.

Grants perpetual, free access to all mapping data for public safety agencies and school districts, with future updates required to remain compatible with emergency response software platforms.
