Requires school principals to permit representatives of patriotic societies (organizations listed in Title 36 of the U.S. Code serving youth under 21) to speak to students during school hours beginning with the 2024-2025 school year.

Allocates patriotic societies one day per academic year, approved by the principal, to address students for a maximum of 10 minutes to discuss civic involvement and membership opportunities.

Requires patriotic societies to provide written notice to the principal of their intent to speak, and principals must provide written approval of the specific date and time.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
