Enacts the Dietitian Licensure Compact, allowing Mississippi to enter into an interstate agreement with other states that adopt the compact to facilitate portable licensure for dietitians.

Establishes a "Compact Privilege" that allows licensed dietitians from member states to practice in other member states without obtaining separate licenses in each state, while maintaining state regulatory authority.

Creates the Dietitian Licensure Compact Commission composed of delegates from member states to oversee implementation, maintain a data system tracking licensees and disciplinary actions, and establish rules governing the compact.

Requires applicants for compact privilege to hold an unencumbered license in their home state, meet specific education and examination requirements, comply with remote state laws, and submit to criminal background checks.

Amends Mississippi Code sections 73-10-3, 73-10-7, and 73-10-15 to conform existing dietitian licensure law to the compact, including recognizing compact privilege holders as licensed dietitians; effective July 1, 2024.
