Appropriates $20,435,629 from the General Fund to the Department of Health for disbursements to Mississippi hospitals, effective upon passage through June 30, 2025.

Requires the Department of Health to calculate the difference between what each hospital should have received under Section 41-9-371 without restrictions versus what they actually received under beneficiary agreements executed by April 25, 2024.

Directs the Department of Health to disburse the calculated difference amount to hospitals that have a positive balance from this comparison.

Prohibits funds from being disbursed to hospitals that did not execute a beneficiary agreement by April 25, 2024.

Prohibits use of appropriated funds to pay employee premium payments.
