Changes definition of "permanent residence" from 14 or more consecutive days to 14 or more aggregate days for sex offender registration purposes.

Changes definition of "temporary residence" from 7 or more consecutive days to 7 or more aggregate days for sex offender registration purposes.

Revises the presumption of duty to update registration information to trigger when a registrant remains away from a registered address for 7 or more aggregate days, removing the alternative trigger based on time spent at another address between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

Effective date is July 1, 2024.
