Requires the Mississippi Justice Information Center to establish a statewide misdemeanor warrant management system enabling criminal justice agencies to electronically track misdemeanor warrants between jurisdictions as they are issued, served, and recalled, with the system operational by January 1, 2026.

Directs the Department of Public Safety to promulgate rules and regulations necessary to implement the misdemeanor warrant management system.

Mandates that all criminal justice agencies and the Administrative Office of Courts assist the Mississippi Justice Information Center and Department of Public Safety in establishing the warrant management system.

Makes misdemeanor warrant information contained in the system available to any local, state, or federal governmental agency and criminal justice agencies that request it for criminal justice purposes.

Amends existing statutes to add misdemeanor warrant tracking as a stated purpose of the state's criminal justice information system and establishes definitions and procedural requirements related to the new warrant management system.
