Reauthorizes the issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags for members of the Grand Chapter of Mississippi Order of the Eastern Star and spouses or children of deceased members, effective July 1, 2024.

Requires an additional fee of $30.00 per distinctive license tag annually, with $24.00 distributed to the Grand Chapter, $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to the State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to a special fund created under Section 27-19-44.2.

Tax collectors retain $2.00 of the additional fee per application for the county general fund and receive $0.50 from each $10.00 replacement tag fee.

Brings forward Section 27-19-44, Mississippi Code of 1972, which establishes minimum purchase requirements and deposit amounts before the Department of Revenue can prepare and issue distinctive license tags.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
