Exempts sales of baby formula and baby diapers from Mississippi sales tax effective July 1, 2024.

Adds the exemption as a new subsection (bb) to Section 27-65-111 of the Mississippi Code, which governs sales tax exemptions.

Applies to retail sales of these items with no price limitations or time restrictions for the exemption.
