Amends Section 37-15-29 of Mississippi Code to allow school districts to transfer students whose parent, guardian, or person in loco parentis is an active duty member of the armed forces, reserve component, or Mississippi National Guard to the specific school district or campus requested by the servicemember.

School districts are not required to provide transportation to students who transfer to another campus or school district under this provision.

Defines "servicemember" as an active duty member of the U.S. armed forces, a reserve component of the armed forces, or the Mississippi National Guard.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
