Amends Section 37-15-6 of the Mississippi Code to clarify that the Department of Education may report aggregate data that does not disclose any personally identifiable information of students.

Maintains existing confidentiality protections requiring that information about individual student expulsions remain strictly confidential and available only to school officials upon request when a student seeks enrollment.

Explicitly prohibits individual student expulsion information from being available to the general public while permitting aggregate reporting without personally identifiable information.

Effective date is July 1, 2024.
