Amends Mississippi Code Section 63-11-30 to allow commercial driver's license (CDL) holders to be eligible for nonadjudication of a first DUI offense if they were not operating a commercial vehicle at the time of the offense.

Modifies the language in subsections (2)(a)(iii) and (14)(b)(ii) to clarify that CDL holders are ineligible for nonadjudication only when they were driving a vehicle that required a commercial driver's license.

Applies the same eligibility change to the expunction provision in subsection (13)(a), allowing CDL holders to petition for expunction of first DUI convictions if they were not operating a commercial vehicle.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
