Authorizes the Mississippi Transportation Commission to transfer a parcel of land in Greene County (approximately 9.78 acres adjacent to the former Highway 63 Chickasawhay River Bridge) to the Board of Supervisors of Greene County in exchange for fair market value.

Property will be declared surplus and returned to local tax rolls, with the land description specified as 200 feet in total width and 2,130 feet in length beginning at station 60+30 in MDOT Project BR-1132-(3)A.

Prohibits establishment of junkyards and billboards on the property, except for signs advertising the sale, lease, or principal activities on the land; existing utilities may remain at the discretion of utility owners.

State of Mississippi retains all mineral rights to the transferred property, and the Board of Supervisors of Greene County shall pay all survey expenses.

MDOT is authorized to correct any discrepancies in the legal property description.
