Revises membership of the Occupational Licensing Review Commission to include the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Secretary of State (removes the Attorney General)

Changes meeting procedures so meetings can be called by majority vote instead of by the chair

Requires occupational licensing boards to submit proposed regulations to the commission before filing with the Secretary of State or becoming effective

Establishes a 150 calendar day deadline for the commission to act on all proposed regulation submissions

Takes effect July 1, 2024
