Amends Section 37-73-7 to limit the State Workforce Investment Board's list of nationally recognized industry certifications to those used for reimbursement purposes under Section 37-153-15.

Defines "industry certification" as a credential from an independent, third-party certifying entity that addresses critical economic needs, appears on the high-demand occupations list, or is identified as emerging.

Establishes "qualifying industry certification" as one linked to occupations with wages at least 70% of median state income, or stackable to another credential meeting this wage requirement.

Requires the State Workforce Investment Board to provide the State Board of Education an annual list of qualifying industry certifications with advance notice to school districts of significant changes.

Maintains a $600 per-student career and technical education incentive grant effective July 1, 2024, with funds usable for examination fees, teacher professional development, student support, and expanded access to certifications.
