Amends Section 23-15-359 of the Mississippi Code to prohibit candidates for public office from using a post office box number as their qualifying address.

Requires all candidates to provide the physical address of their place of residence to the election commission instead of a post office box number.

Election commissions must verify that candidates supply a physical residential address and cannot accept post office box numbers as qualifying addresses.

Takes effect and becomes law on July 1, 2024.
