Enacts the "Mississippi Aid to Sexual Offense Victim Reporting Act" to provide immunity from criminal prosecution for drug violations and alcohol-related offenses for persons who in good faith seek medical assistance for or report sexual offenses.

Provides immunity from arrest or prosecution for drug violations (possession under specified thresholds) for persons reporting sexual offenses, and also protects such persons from protective order penalties, probation/parole sanctions, and property forfeiture related to drug violations.

Grants immunity from criminal prosecution for alcohol-related offenses to persons who request assistance for sexual offenses, provided they provide their full name, cooperate with medical providers and law enforcement, and meet other specified conditions.

Brings forward existing Mississippi Code Sections 97-31-55 (good samaritan protections for alcohol-related emergencies) and 41-29-149.1 (medical emergency protections for drug overdoses) for possible amendment.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
