Allows a person holding a package retailer's permit issued before July 1, 2024, to own one additional package retailer's permit if meeting specific conditions.

The additional permit requires a minimum capital investment of $20,000,000 and must be part of a major retail development project.

The additional permit location must be in one of the three most southern counties in Mississippi and at least 100 miles from any other location where the permittee holds a package retailer's permit.

Effective date is July 1, 2024.
