Requires disclosure when artificial intelligence is used to create images, audio, or video in political advertisements involving candidates or ballot questions in Mississippi.

Defines "qualified political advertisement" as any advertisement (including search engine marketing, display ads, and video ads) containing AI-generated content made by or on behalf of a candidate, committee, or person.

Mandates specific disclaimer formats: text/graphics must display disclaimers in readable font size; audio messages must last at least 3 seconds; video with audio must include both visible text (4+ seconds) and spoken disclaimer (3+ seconds) in the same language as the advertisement.

Establishes civil penalties of up to $250 for first violations and up to $1,000 per violation for subsequent violations; each time an advertisement is distributed counts as a separate violation.

Exempts news broadcasts, television/radio stations paid to air political advertisements, news organizations with written AI-disclosure policies, and satire or parody from disclosure requirements; allows the Attorney General or injured candidates to seek injunctive relief in circuit court.
