Amends Mississippi Code Section 23-15-907 to define three terms used in ballot harvesting law: "caregiver," "family member," and "household member."

Defines "caregiver" as an individual providing medical, health care, or other assistance to a ballot recipient in various facilities including hospitals, nursing homes, hospice facilities, and assisted living centers.

Defines "family member" as an individual related by blood, marriage, adoption, or legal guardianship to the ballot recipient.

Defines "household member" as an individual residing at the same residence as the ballot recipient.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
