Prohibits registered sex offenders from living in campus student housing, sorority houses, or fraternity houses at any public university or community college in Mississippi.

Allows individuals to bring civil claims against governmental entities for violations of this prohibition and seek compensatory damages, punitive damages, injunctive relief, or declaratory relief.

Permits minors to bring actions through a parent or next friend during their minority, and in their own name upon reaching age 18.

Provides that prevailing parties who establish a violation shall recover reasonable attorney's fees.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
