Requires inmates eligible for parole, post-release supervision, or probation to receive written notice read aloud before release describing the maximum supervision period, conditions for reincarceration, and search/seizure rights of law enforcement.

Mandates notice include advisement that inmates and their residences and vehicles may be searched by probation/parole officers or peace officers at any time without warrant or cause.

Requires Mississippi Department of Corrections to list parolees and probationers on the National Crime Index Computer noting their supervision status and duration.

Amends sections 47-7-33.1, 47-7-34, 47-7-35, and 47-7-47 to incorporate notification requirements into discharge plans, post-release supervision programs, probation release procedures, and earned probation programs.

Takes effect July 1, 2024 and applies only to inmates eligible for release on or after that date.
