State Highway Commission, acting for Mississippi Department of Transportation, is authorized to transfer the Southwest Quadrant of the intersection of State Highways 3 and 6 in Marks, Mississippi to the City of Marks in exchange for fair market value.

Property is known as "Marks Community Park" and any improvements on the land are included in the transfer.

City of Marks must allow existing utilities to remain on the property and cannot require relocation except by agreement with utility owners.

Property conveyance prohibits junkyards and billboards, except signs advertising sale, lease, hire, or principal activities on the property; State of Mississippi retains all mineral rights.

City of Marks must pay all expenses for surveying the property, and Mississippi Department of Transportation may correct legal description discrepancies.
