Allows independent or partial owners of cows, goats, or sheep to use milk from their animals in raw or unadulterated form for personal consumption or personal use without restriction.

Permits the direct sale of raw milk to consumers on the farm premises where the milk is produced, provided the sale is not for institutional use.

Requires farms selling raw milk incidentally to have no more than nine (9) producing cows, goats, or sheep and comply with sanitation standards including clean cement floors, enclosed milking areas, fly straps, and sterile containers.

Mandates that sellers of raw milk provide adequate notice to consumers about the inherent risks associated with consuming unprocessed dairy products and are prohibited from advertising the milk for sale.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
