Authorizes each Mississippi Supreme Court Justice and Court of Appeals judge to receive a daily expense allowance equal to the maximum federal per diem rate for Jackson, Mississippi while attending judicial duties.

Limits expense allowance to 20 days per month while attending judicial duties in Jackson, Mississippi, and 12 days per month while attending judicial duties elsewhere in the state.

Caps total expense allowance at 20 days per month regardless of location, preventing justices and judges from combining both allowances to exceed this limit.

Expense allowance is in addition to regular salary and mileage reimbursement already provided under existing law.

Amends Section 25-3-43 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 and takes effect upon passage.
