Increases justice court jurisdiction for debt, damages, and personal property recovery actions from $3,500 to $5,000.

Increases uniform civil case filing fees in justice court from $25 to $45, effective July 1, 2024.

Increases criminal filing fees for Title 63 violations from $5 to $10, effective July 1, 2024, with further increases to $12.50 (July 1, 2025) and $15 (July 1, 2026).

Implements a three-year phased increase in civil case fees: $45 (2024-2025), $55 (2025-2026), and $65 (2026 onward).

Justice court judges remain prohibited from having pecuniary interest in case outcomes after suit is filed.
