Amends Section 27-105-305 to allow county boards of supervisors to receive bids for public depositories up to every four (4) years instead of annually, while maintaining the discretion to bid more frequently.

Prohibits boards of supervisors from designating a depository during the last year of a four-year term.

Amends Section 27-105-353 to harmonize municipal bidding procedures with county procedures, requiring municipalities to use the same bidding intervals as counties when soliciting bids from financial institutions.

Repeals Section 27-105-363, which previously allowed counties and municipalities to follow an identical process for selecting public depositories.
