MS SB2545

Amends Section 79-11-501 of the Mississippi Code to add a new definition of "monetary donations" as cash or cash equivalents.

Adds the definition as subsection (f), with subsequent subsections renumbered accordingly from (g) through (k).

Includes technical corrections to pronouns throughout the section, changing "his" to "his or her" in references to fundraising counsel and professional fundraisers.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
