Amends Section 25-7-21, Mississippi Code of 1972, to change fees charged by chancery clerks for filing and recording deeds to land sold for taxes from a fixed $10.00 to the fee amount set in Section 25-7-9(1)(b).

Changes the fee for recording redemption of lands sold for taxes from a fixed $10.00 per recording to the fee amount set in Section 25-7-9(1)(b).

Maintains all other existing chancery clerk fees related to tax collection services, including $1.00 for abstracting lists and deeds, and 3% of the redemption amount.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
