Amends Section 67-5-11 of the Mississippi Code to authorize native wineries to make sales at one satellite location within the same county as their original location, in addition to sales at their primary location.

Native wineries may sell to the Department of Revenue or directly to consumers at the original winery location or satellite location.

Native wineries retain authorization to sell to any producer, manufacturer, wholesaler, retailer, or consumer located outside Mississippi who are legally authorized to purchase wine.

Allows native wine and distilled spirits retailers to hold products for on-site pickup instead of shipping to the department warehouse, at the retailer's option and subject to department rules.

Takes effect upon passage.
