• Amends Section 27-104-7 of Mississippi Code to change the exemption expiration date from 2024 to 2025 for PPRB rental and leasing requirements applicable to the Office of Workforce Development.

• Amends Section 37-153-7 to align the same exemption period with Section 27-104-7, allowing the Office of Workforce Development to conduct property leasing without PPRB oversight through December 31, 2025.
