Removes the "current and" requirement from several forms of valid voter identification, including driver's licenses, state ID cards, U.S. passports, government employee IDs, and U.S. military identification cards.

Defines "valid" identification as an official government document establishing voter identity that either has no expiration date or was issued no more than 10 years prior to presentation.

Maintains existing acceptable forms of voter identification including Mississippi concealed carry permits, tribal ID cards, student ID cards from Mississippi colleges/universities, and official Mississippi voter ID cards.

Allows voters without required identification to cast affidavit ballots that are counted if acceptable photo identification is presented to the registrar within five days after election day.

Establishes that intentional failure by election officials to require voter identification constitutes corrupt conduct subject to reporting to the Secretary of State and Attorney General.
