Amends Section 23-15-231 to require that poll managers not all be from the same political party for general and special elections if a political party identifies suitable persons willing to serve.

Requires appointment of a minimum of three poll managers per voting precinct, with one designated as election bailiff, all of whom must be qualified electors.

Amends Section 23-15-523 to require Resolution Board members not all be from the same political party for general and special elections if a political party identifies suitable persons available to be appointed.

Maintains existing restrictions preventing election commissioners, candidates, and certain relatives of candidates from serving on the Resolution Board, while also excluding party executive committee members unless all parties with candidates on the ballot are represented.

Effective July 1, 2024.
