Requires the Mississippi Department of Corrections to procure a data collection system to track comprehensive information on inmates, including identifying information, offense details, sentencing data, disciplinary records, and completion of rehabilitative and educational programs.

Mandates collection of data on persons supervised on probation or parole, including identifying information, supervision length, case plans, and revocation information distinguishing between technical violations and new felony charges.

Requires collection of facility-level data including daily prison population, correctional officer staffing levels and vacancies, average daily costs per inmate, and per diem rates paid to various facilities.

Directs the Department to publish aggregated data in real-time dashboard format on its website in machine-readable format accessible to the public, with non-real-time data posted at least monthly.

Requires semiannual reports to the Oversight Task Force containing prison data, probation data, and post-release supervision data, including recidivism rates, admission types, and information on rehabilitative milestones and work programs, effective July 1, 2024.
